A Charlotte native and longtime entrepreneur, Dwain Byrum brings more than 30 years of business ownership, customer service, and real estate investment experience to his role as a REALTOR® with Angela Craghead Realty Group.

Since opening his own salon in 1992, Dwain has built a successful career centered on relationships, trust, and exceptional service. His passion for working with people, combined with his experience owning and managing multiple investment properties, inspired him to expand his professional journey into real estate.

After earning his North Carolina real estate license in August 2025, Dwain embraced the opportunity to turn his personal passion for real estate into a meaningful way to serve others. His firsthand experience as a property investor provides him with valuable insight into property ownership, investment opportunities, and the importance of making informed real estate decisions.

Dwain believes that real estate is about more than buying and selling properties—it's about building relationships, understanding individual needs, and helping people achieve their goals. Currently residing in Waxhaw, North Carolina, Dwain enjoys horseback riding, spending time in nature, and appreciating the beauty of the Carolinas.
