As a native Charlottean, Sandra Johnson has had a front-row seat to the remarkable growth and transformation of Charlotte and the surrounding region. Her interest in real estate began as a teenager, when she spent time visiting model homes and attending meetings with custom home builders alongside a family friend. Those early experiences sparked an appreciation for homes, communities, and the important role real estate plays in helping people build the lives they envision.

With decades of experience in fundraising and real estate, Sandra has built her career around cultivating trusted relationships, managing complex projects, and helping individuals and organizations achieve meaningful goals. Her background in philanthropy and real estate has strengthened her ability to listen, understand her clients' needs, negotiate effectively, and guide important decisions with care and confidence.

Licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina, Sandra is committed to providing knowledgeable, attentive, and personalized service throughout the buying and selling process.
